How are your products made?

Our products are manufactured using 3D printing technology. Depending on the product, we use PLA or PETG.

Since our items are created layer by layer using 3D printing, slight layer lines, small imperfections, or minor visual deviations may occur. These are characteristic of the manufacturing process and make each product unique.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

No. Our 3D-printed products are not suitable for dishwashers.

Please clean them carefully by hand if necessary, and avoid high temperatures and aggressive cleaning agents.

Are your products food safe?

No. Unless expressly stated otherwise for the respective product, our products are not intended for direct contact with food.

Can I use real candles?

No. For our designated decorative items, only LED candles or LED tea lights may be used.

Please do not use real candles or open flames in or directly on our 3D-printed products.

Are your products heat resistant?

Our 3D-printed products should be protected from strong heat and continuous direct sunlight. PLA, in particular, can deform at elevated temperatures.

Therefore, please do not place the products directly on radiators, ovens, or other strong heat sources, and keep them away from open flames.

Are the products suitable for children?

Our decorative and utility items are not toys. They are especially not suitable for children under 3 years of age.

Small parts can pose a choking hazard. Please also note the instructions in the respective product description.

Can I have an item personalized?

For selected products, we offer personalization according to your wishes.

Whether a specific item can be personalized can be found in the respective product description. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.

How long does production take?

Since we manufacture our products for you, the production time can vary depending on the item and effort.

Generally, we need about 1–3 business days for manufacturing. For more complex products, production can take about 4 business days.

Afterward, your order will be prepared for shipping and handed over to the shipping service provider.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for our orders are usually €5.49.

The actual shipping costs for your order will be displayed to you in the checkout before completing the order.

Can I return my order?

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, unless a statutory exception applies.

Can I return personalized products?

For goods that are custom-made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.

Who bears the cost of the return shipment?

Provided that it is regulated accordingly in our cancellation policy and legally permissible, the customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

We're sorry to hear that! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

You can easily reach us via our contact form or through the contact section of our shop. It is helpful to provide your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can quickly review your concern.

Your statutory rights, especially existing warranty rights, remain unaffected, of course.

Are you a small business?

Yes. KantenKraft is operated under the small business regulation according to § 19 UStG.

Therefore, no sales tax is separately shown on our invoices.
